Usage method

For chiffon cake, add egg yolk and mix well, then mix well with other ingredients.

For other cakes, mix with liquid ingredients such as sugar to ensureeven dispersion.

Usage amount: according to the total amount of ingredients, the maximum dosage is 0.3%.
